About Me Currently entering my 3 summer of 7's and 4 season in the fall. Played football and baseball in college so came to the game kinda late. I'm a old school farm boy who just loves to mix it up on Saturdays. I guess I'm a bit of a anomally though, who ever thought there'd be a kicking prop, but I'm consistent drop goaling from 30m. Most of the time I play 8 or flanker but get moved up when a starter goes down.

Music I live AC DC, Metallica, Guns N Roses, Led Zeppellin, Lynard Skynard, Bob Seger, country of the new variety, and most types of alternative music. Most of the time, if I can understand the words I like it.

Movies I love sports movies and comedies. My life is just a bunch of useful one liners and I'm that guy that uses them ALL the Time.

Summer in Wisconsin

Summer is finally here in Wisconsin. It's a great time to get back to basics and work on bettering physical performance. Last night, we had a good turnout for our speed and games workouts. This summer we are focusing on reteaching how to drop the hips and power into the stride. It is always amazing the results I get working with the older guys on my team. I somehow can convince their beat up old bodies to reuse muscles they haven't used in about 10-15 years. Hopefully come fall season, we can honestly say "Speed Kills" but for now we can say we're working on it.
